Fun fun and more fun :)

This is my handsom hubby and my beautiful baby reading an Oracle book....if you don't know what Oracle is- it's a computer language that Orlund is studying for work- doesn't she look interested? He's hoping she'll be a database administrator.
Church picnic, Joy sleeping and Rachel and I visiting (although we don't look like it right now). It was fun to introduce my "sister Rachel" I got a few "I didn't know you had a sister" and "Oh Rachel you made it to Canada" but all in all I got to introduce her to a few more people her age from Youth.
Joy waking up at the picnic.
Just enough room on the chair for Joy to sit with me.
Joy looking cute.
Joy still looking cute!

Joy playing on the floor- she's getting tall!
Our beautiful baby girl sleeping in bed ~ she usually sleeps on her tummy but we put her down on her back just to see how it went...didn't work for long just for a couple cute pictures.
My beautiful blue eyed baby playing on the floor- all in pink :)
She's getting really really good at rolling onto her sides- she loves rolling back and forth. The legs come up, the arms come up then "flop" and she's on her side.
Gotta love them fingers!
I LOVE this picture! What a beautiful toothless grin :)
Joy loves to smile and talk to anyone who will listen.

Camping

So we decided to go Camping. We had 4 nights so only 3 full days. It was a cold wet camping trip however we all enjoyed the fresh air, and time together as a family. This top picture is of Joy and I when we first arrived. Orlund was setting up the tent and we watched :)
Joy enjoyed her naps in the great outdoors.
Our little camp site all set up.
Since it rained so much we came up with our own little "tent" for Joy's playpen. Really it was a "room" divider for our tent- luckily it was waterproof.
Dad and Joy with their beautiful blue eyes!
This is the view Joy really enjoyed looking at- up at the trees.
Our campsite number.

So this looks like an ordinary door with a shot from far away....however it's really the perfect size for Joy......
We caught Joy trying to sneak out.
See isn't it just the perfect size for her? we kept calling it a cat door- most people would call it a dog door but since we have a cat it's just automatic to call it a cat door :)
Snuggling.
Joy having fun on the picnic table.
This is our new tent all set up and ready to go... although it's a rather strange tent, and we wish we'd known just how strange when we'd bought it....The main tent gets set up like a normal tent, however you have to use the green/white top you see, because the under tent isn't solid.. Under the green part on both sides the tent is just a screen with no cover. As you can see the green top is pulled out with strings to the ground, which lets the wind come right in!! So we ended up pulling the strings up so the tarp fell flat on the screens- it helped alittle.
Our beautiful blue eyed baby!
Joy and I sitting and visiting.
Joy all snuggled up in her car seat next to mom.
Joy staring up at her dad- all snuggled warm.
Joy content after a good meal.
In a good moment of Joy sleeping, I got some reading in.
